Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to enjoy shopping with us — regardless of how they browse the web. Here's what we do and where we still have work to go.

Our commitment

Lilly & Peach aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance on all customer-facing pages. We test with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), and zoom up to 200%.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML so screen readers can announce pages clearly.
  • All images carry descriptive alt text.
  • Color contrast ratios meet WCAG AA minimums on text and interactive elements.
  • Keyboard-first navigation — every action is reachable without a mouse.
  • Focus states visible on all interactive elements.
  • Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.
  • Videos include captions; audio includes transcripts.

Known limitations

  • Some product zoom interactions are mouse-optimised — keyboard equivalents are queued for our next release.
  • Legacy reviews older than 2024 may not have alt text on customer-uploaded images.
  • Third-party live-chat widget occasionally traps focus — we are switching providers.
