Terms of Service

Lilly & Peach is a trade name of Lilly & Peach (Pvt) Ltd., registered in Pakistan. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean the company. When we say "you," we mean the person visiting our site or placing an order.

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by sending a confirmation email after we've checked stock and reviewed payment. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll refund you in full within five working days.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) and include all applicable taxes shown at checkout. If you choose Cash on Delivery, a 10% tax is added to your subtotal.

For Bank Transfer, please upload your payment receipt within 48 hours of placing the order. Orders without confirmed payment after 48 hours are cancelled and the items returned to stock.

Details are in our Shipping Policy. In short: Standard 3–5 working days Pakistan-wide; Same-day inside Lahore for orders before 2pm. Delivery dates are best estimates, not contractual deadlines.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The full rules — what's returnable, what isn't, and how — are in our Returns Policy.

We try hard to keep prices, descriptions, and stock counts accurate. If we make an obvious error — for example, listing a Rs 30,000 duvet for Rs 300 — we may correct the price or cancel the order and refund you in full.

All photography, copy, illustrations, patterns, and the Lilly & Peach name and logo are our property. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial reasons (e.g. social media) with credit; you may not reuse it commercially without our written permission.

To the maximum extent allowed by Pakistani law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as missed events or lost business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Lahore.

We may update these terms when the business or the law changes. Material changes will be flagged on the site. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed the order.
