Domestic (Pakistan)
Options at checkout:
- Standard delivery — Rs 200, 3–5 working days, Pakistan-wide. Free for orders over Rs 15,000.
- Same-day delivery — Rs 500, available only inside Lahore for orders placed before 2pm.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays ship the next working day. Once your parcel is collected by the courier, you'll get an SMS and email with the tracking number.
Couriers we use
- TCS Sentiments Express — primary courier for major cities.
- Leopards Courier — backup and remote-area delivery.
- M&P — for bulky items and bridal sets.
- Our own riders — same-day Lahore deliveries.
Lahore same-day delivery
Order before 2pm Monday–Saturday and we'll deliver inside Lahore by 8pm the same day. Address must be within our service zones (DHA, Gulberg, Cantt, Model Town, Bahria, Johar Town, Wapda Town, Iqbal Town, Garden Town, Faisal Town).
Outside those zones? Our rider will call to confirm delivery is possible — usually yes, sometimes with a small surcharge.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International. Rates and timing are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — typically 5–9 working days to North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
Duties and import taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. Your courier will collect them on delivery.
Tracking your order
You'll get an email + SMS with your tracking link as soon as the parcel is collected by the courier. You can also see live tracking in your account at /account. If the tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, email us — we'll chase it.
Failed delivery / wrong address
If the courier can't reach you after three attempts, the parcel comes back to us. We'll email you to confirm a new address or refund (minus the actual shipping cost). Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — incorrect details are the most common cause of delay.
