Refund Policy

How refunds work, when you'll see the money back, and what to do if something goes wrong.

When you can request a refund

  • Within 7 days of delivery for any unused item in original packaging.
  • Anytime within one year for defective or damaged items (craftsmanship guarantee).
  • If we cancel your order because we can't fulfil it (full refund, no deduction).
  • If the wrong item was shipped.

How long it takes

We process refunds within 5 working days of the returned parcel arriving at our Lahore warehouse. Banks usually post the credit within 1–3 working days for cards, and same-day for bank transfers.

How you get your money back

  • Bank Transfer — refunded to the same account you transferred from.
  • Debit / Credit card — refunded to the same card.
  • Cash on Delivery — refunded by bank transfer or EasyPaisa (we'll ask for your account details).
  • Gift cards — refunded as store credit.

Partial refunds

If a returned item shows damage we didn't cause, we may offer a partial refund. We'll WhatsApp you photos and explain before deducting anything. You can refuse the partial refund and ask us to ship the item back to you instead.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't seen your refund:

  • Check the original payment method's statement — refunds appear under "Lilly & Peach" or "L&P Returns."
  • Check spam — our refund-confirmation email might be there.
  • Contact your bank — interbank transfers occasionally take 5–7 working days.
  • Still nothing? WhatsApp us and we'll trace it.

Sale items & promotions

Items marked "Final Sale" are only refundable if defective (covered by our one-year guarantee). Regular sale items follow the standard 7-day refund rule above. Discount codes are not refunded as cash — they remain valid for your next order.

Cancellations before dispatch

Need to cancel? If your order hasn't shipped yet, WhatsApp us right away — cancellations within 12 hours get a same-day full refund. After dispatch, please use the standard returns process.
