If you receive an item and it's not quite right, we'll exchange or refund it within 7 days. Reach us on WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange a pickup.

How to return

Three steps:

  • WhatsApp +92 300 0000000 or email support@lillyandpeach.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
  • We arrange a free courier pickup within 48 hours.
  • Once we receive the item in good condition, we refund or ship the exchange.

What you can return

  • Unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Damaged or defective items, anytime — covered by our craftsmanship promise (see below).
  • Wrong items shipped — replaced free of charge.

What you can't return

  • Items that have been used, washed, or laundered.
  • Bridal bed sets with custom embroidery (exchange only).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked Final Sale (unless defective).

Refund timing

Once we receive your return at our Lahore warehouse, we process the refund within 5 working days:

  • Bank Transfer & Card payments — refunded to the original account.
  • Cash on Delivery — refunded by bank transfer or EasyPaisa (we'll ask for your details).

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? WhatsApp or email us — if the new item is in stock, we'll ship it as soon as we receive your original. There's no charge for exchanges within Pakistan.

Damaged or wrong items

Open your parcel within 48 hours of delivery and check it. If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days — we'll replace it free, fast, with apologies.
