Most messages get a same-day reply Monday to Saturday. Sundays we rest; we'll catch up first thing Monday. Complex enquiries (custom orders, wholesale, bridal sets) may take 2–3 working days while we put together a proper response.

Before you write, our FAQ page answers the most common questions — order tracking, sizing, fabric care. If your question isn't there, we'd love to hear it.

Want to see how it's made? Book a free tour of our Lahore atelier — Monday to Friday, 11am or 3pm slots. You'll meet our weavers and tailors, see the looms running, and (if you're lucky) score a remnant for your sewing pile.
