Fabric & quality

What thread count are your bedsheets?
Our percale is 300 (cool, crisp, breathable). Our sateen is 400 (silky, warm, lustrous). Thread count above 600 is usually marketing — we don't play that game.

Are your sheets soft right out of the box?
Yes — every set is pre-washed in soft local water before it leaves us. They get softer with each wash, not stiffer.

Where is your cotton from?
Long-staple Egyptian cotton (for sateen) and Pakistani Punjab cotton (for percale and jersey). Linen is from a family flax mill in Belgium.

Sizing & fit

Will your sheets fit my mattress?
Our fitted sheets have 16" deep pockets — they fit standard and pillow-top mattresses up to 14" thick. For taller mattresses (memory-foam toppers, hybrids), order one size up.

What sizes do you make?
Twin, Full, Queen, King, and Cal King. Bridal sets and sofa covers are made to order — message us for custom dimensions.

Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard — 3 to 5 working days Pakistan-wide. Same-day inside Lahore for orders placed before 2pm. International — 5 to 9 working days via DHL or FedEx.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get an SMS and email with the tracking link as soon as the courier collects your parcel. Or sign in at /account for live tracking.

I need to change my address — what do I do?
If your order hasn't shipped, email us right away with the corrected address. Once it's with the courier, the tracking page usually lets you redirect to a new address one time.

Payment

Why is Bank Transfer cheaper?
We save the 10% tax that applies to cash-on-delivery — and we pass that saving on to you. So bank-transfer customers see Rs 0 tax at checkout, and COD customers see Rs 10% added.

Is my payment secure?
Card and online payments go through Shopify Payments — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest standard. We never see your card details.

How do I upload a Bank Transfer receipt?
After placing the order, you'll get an email with a secure upload link. Or just reply to the order confirmation with the screenshot — we handle it manually.

Returns & guarantee

How long do I have to return?
7 days for any unused item in original packaging. Bridal sets are exchange-only.

Do I pay return shipping?
No — free pickup anywhere in Pakistan. We send the courier to your address.

What if my sheets are defective after a few months?
Our craftsmanship guarantee covers stitching, zippers, and weave defects for one year. Send us a photo on WhatsApp — we repair or replace, free.

Care

How do I wash my sheets?
Machine wash cold or warm with a mild detergent. Tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and high heat — they shorten the life of natural fibres.

Will the colour fade?
Our dyes are reactive (not surface dyes) — they bond to the fibre, so colour stays true wash after wash. Direct sun for many hours can fade any natural fibre — line-dry in shade if you can.

What about ironing?
Percale and linen love a quick iron straight from the dryer if you like a crisp look. Sateen doesn't need ironing — it's smooth by nature. We never iron at the factory; wrinkles soften within a night's sleep.
