What we collect
When you visit our store, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. When you buy from us, you also share your name, shipping address, email, phone, and order details. If you create an account, we keep your saved addresses and order history.
We collect
- Identity and contact info — name, email, phone, shipping/billing address.
- Order data — what you bought, when, and how you paid.
- Device and browsing data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, session timings.
- Marketing preferences — whether you opted in to our newsletter or SMS list.
- Customer-service correspondence — emails and messages you send us.
How we use it
We use your data to process your order, deliver it, send shipping updates, answer your questions, and (only if you've opted in) send occasional emails. We use anonymised analytics to understand which pages people find helpful so we can improve the site.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary, with: Shopify (our store platform), our payment processors (banks and gateways), our courier partners (TCS, M&P, Leopards, FedEx), email-service providers (for transactional and newsletter mail), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel where you've consented).
We never sell your personal data. Ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to meet Pakistani tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 90 days. Analytics data is anonymised after 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you everything we hold about you.
- Correct any wrong information.
- Delete your data (where we are not required by law to keep it).
- Stop sending you marketing.
- Move your data to another provider in a portable format.
